(b) Where in London was the game pallo a maglio often played?

(c) The Marylebone Cricket Club had two previous grounds before settling at Lordıs in St Johnıs Wood.  Where were they?

(d) The oldest annually contested event in the British sporting calendar was endowed by which actor/theatre manager who died in 1715?

(e) Which successful north London football club was originally founded south of the river?
